Roundcube is an advanced WebMail interface, easy to understand and use, most of its functionality is self explanatory, but this section contains some tutorials on how to use some of the more advanced features.

When composing a message, it will be auto saved to drafts every three minutes, this can also be user definable.

By default, all folders are checked for new messages after one minute. This is also user definable.

Messages detected as spam by the mail server with a low to moderate scoring will be delivered into the Junk folder, as sometimes legitimate messages can be spammy looking. Messages detected with a high score will be definitely spam or a scam and are discarded

Contents of the Trash folder are deleted after 7 days.
Contents of the Junk folder are deleted after 28 days.

As of June 8 2025, TOTP based 2FA is available for webmail users.
