Spam?

We use multiple anti-spam and anti-virus measures, low to moderate scored will have "X-Spam-Flag: YES" header added, this allows you to create junk filters in your Email clients, Webmail users have this enabled by default, The subject line is modified to reflect the message was detected as spam.  We silently discard all High Scored spam (level 20.0 or above).

Locked Out?

Multiple failed logins within a short period of time will result in your IP address being denied access for three hours. If this occurs, please contact support providing your username, time of occurrence, and IP address (obtainable from zonecheck.org)

Mobile Devices

If using IMAP, make sure your mail clients Trash/Deleted Messages folder is set to Trash.
Some mobile devices default to non standard Trash or Deleted Messages folder, we have in place aliasing which should take care of this, otherwise you may need to periodically manually purge that folders contents.
