First and foremost, we sign our master zones with DNSSEC, and use autosigning, so it self maintains, if you are experiencing lookup issues, I suggest using different DNS resolvers and test them, it is possible your queries are attempted to be modified.

As for signing Hosted Domains, we do not do this automatically, as this requires us to configure and generate keys which need to be entered into your Domain Registrars portal. If you understand DNSSEC and how to configure it at your registrar, then we are most happy to setup our end, just open a ticket. Unfortunately, not all registrars are equal.
