Open the Site Manager, very top left icon (1),
Click on New Site (2), on the left it will say new site, type in a quick name and hit enter.
On the right hand side, change Encryption (3) to Require Explicit FTP over TLS, then enter the FTP server name members.ausics.net, you don't have to worry about entering in the port, next, enter your username in the same format as your Email address, and your password, everything else can stay as default, lastly, Click OK
To connect, click the drop down arrow on the hard right of the site manager icon, select your server, and it should connect. To quick connect to your last FTP server, and click on the computer looking icon with a tick (4).
To close the FTP connection, click the icon next to it with the cross (5).
Once connected, use the right hand pane to change into the directory you want to upload into, if it does not exist yet, right click and create new directory.
Then use the top left hand pane to find the local directory containing your files, then scroll or select the directory or file(s) in the bottom left hand pane you want to transfer to the server (to transfer multiple files, hold down CTL as you left click and you'll see them highlighted as you go, if you're uploading a directory with subdirectories under it, the FTP server should automatically create them for you, when you're ready to upload, right click and click Upload. If you just want to transfer one file, you can do that faster by double left clicking on it.
Unknown Certificate Warnings
When using Filezilla, you will on SSL sites always get the unknown certificate warning, no matter which site, filezilla, rightly or wrongly (the later in my opinion) does not trust any SSL certificate in your operating systems store by default, like everything else does, it does not mean the certificate is bad, it means they don't trust anything anywhere.
You can correct this by selecting Edit -> Settings -> Connection, on the right hand side, last option - check the box to use system trust store, as shown...
